SAP Work Item from SAP Business Work Place

Hi Experts,

We are on EHP 7 and using NWBC. As a Manager role, it's able to approve or reject Leave Request from Work Overview on NWBC but when we execute the same through SAP Business Workplace, it gives error as follows:

The request cannot be started from the Business Workplace

Message no. HRTIM_ABS_REQ066

Any suggestion to resolve this issue? It's working fine on NWBC Work Overview. We have also checked required authorizations.
