ESS leave request deadline Monitoring Time zone

Hi Everyone ,

i copied standard ws12300111 to 'Z ,

for auto approval process i am created a background task before approval process task . in the latest end tab

here out_date and out_time are container elements taht are working fine .problem is with timezone %ZONLO% is the system container element (time zone of current user ) . for our testing purpose i have given a deadline time of 2mts but it is getting triggered after four and half hours . so please shrae ur suggestions
