can we cancel workflow which is running instead of logically deleting workflow.

Hi,

my requirement is to cancel one workflow which is running or in pending status when new workflow has been triggered .

there are some function modules which will logically delete workflow but i dont want to delete workflow so is there any way to cancel that workflow.

i need to cancel user decision step with contains approve and reject buttons . can i cancel that user decision step with out logically deleting.

please answer .
