Hi All,
I am facing this issue for quite some time now..As per workflow log work item is being sent to user but user dint approve it yet.
They are now asking me to forward to same user again. But I dont know how do I forward to Same user again? Agents Popup next
to the workitem is also not showing any Agents Option. Only Possible Agents and Excluded Agents option is there.
What might be the issue? user would not have received the workitem? I could not find any Dump also on that day..
Please guide.
