Production order confirmation info message to users

Hi Experts,

I am new to workflow.Kindly let me know the workflow template number and object for production order confirmation.whenever user confirms the production order one information message should be gone to users.

Kindly let me know how to build a workflow or how to make a changes in stadard workflow for the above requirement.
