Triggering Workflow from ESS portal

Hello everyone,

I have a requirement of IT declareations for section 80 & section 80C infotype Updation. Here we are giving input in the ESS Portal.

Question is how to trigger Wrkflow from the Standard ESS portal when a employee selects checkbox of actual amount and clicks on SEND button.
