Agent Determination is not working.

Hi Exparts,

We have created a workflow with decisions step  & Task for the step also we have declared as general TASK. Though workflow is getting agent correctly but its not going to inbox upon checking found Agent is empty .

Here is the screenshot.

   &BUDGETAPPROVER& is the field which determines Approver. Its a Workflow container element

and Task is declared as  ( but also tried all options)

Please help me .
