ERROR: Import container contains errors (are any obligatory elements missing?) at PO

Hi,

I have been struggling to fix an error for 1 month. The error is "Import container contains errors (are any obligatory elements missing?)Message no. WF_RUN594"

I have read almost all discussions from network. I could not find any solution.

My configuration step are at below

1- Setting WS90000003 (Zcopy of WS20000075 Workflow for release of purchase order)

2- Event linkage activated, binding was checked.

3- All standard tasks bindings belong to ws90000003 were ok. (TS20000166, TS20000168, TS20000167). Also agent assignment were done to general task.

4- I did the significant configurations Release Groups, Release Codes, Release indicator,Release Strategies,Workflow.

When i created standard PO from ME21N workflow could be approved from ME29N. But the notification was not seen at the business workplace (sbwp) for relevant user that was assigned at spro.

With the similar configurations, PR workflow works perfect but PO have this error.

I suspect from one point; There is only one line at T161E table. This data belongs to PR. So i can set initial value for Releasecode from container tab that can be seen from snapshot. But for PO there is no value to select

I also checked T16FG, T16FC, T16FS, T16FV, T16FK tables. All datas are consistent.

SAP Note 797775 did not work.

This must not be so hard.
