How to use Rule 20000027 for PO release for workflow

Hi,

I  am working on PO release workflow.

1. i copied standard workflow WS20000075. in task it is mentioned 20000027 as default rule,so will it automatically fetches agents based on SPRO configuration or do we need any modification or enhance to that rule ?.

2.what is workflow role -1 (using group ,plant)

                                  - 9( user exit). in which senior we use 1 and 9.

3. in ides i test run workflow with below SPRO settings but rule 20000027 is not showing agents.

so do we need any modifications to get agents in function module ME_REL_GET_RESPONSIBLE.

4. in need to get level of approvers details based on po creator so how to achieve it using user exit EXIT_SAPLEBNF_005 .?.

5. There are two release codes M1 , M2.

    If user1 is released and user2 Is rejected in ME29 txn but how we know that user2 or release code M2 is rejected .will it store in any table?.
