How to create a workflow for a 551 movement type material document through EDI

Hi SAP Gurus,

We have a business requirement in Buy Sell project . Requesting your inputs -

The scenario is as follows -

1. 3PL  to send the Inbound  EDI 947 idoc  with inventory management movement types ( example : 551- GI to scrap ) to SAP  system.

2. Idoc is in status 51 and  has to trigger a work flow .

3. it can trigger a release strategy across multiple levels based on value of material being scrapped

4. Once all approvers have released the material document , the document should be posted.
