Hi Workflow Guys,
I need to know what is happening with my workflow.
It is not triggering in QAS.
All transport requests are successfully transported there.
All the configurations in OBWA and OBWE are there.
The username WF-BATCH, the user and approver has SAP ALL & SAP New authorizations.
I am still wondering why my approver does not get a workitem??
Business process overview:
By the way, I am using the transaction FBV1 (park documents) to create park documents.
Then, I send a workitem to the approver to either accept or reject my parked documents.
If approver says approve, it should send back a notification to the user.
Otherwise, if the approver says reject, it goes back to the user and is obliged to change the parked document, then re-submits to approver.
Once approved, the parked document gets posted.
That is it.
What did I miss? Anybody please help me?
Anybody interested to see my workflow template?
Please provide me answers. Everything is running in ok in DEV box except for QAS
