question on BRF+ and workflow

Hi,

I am working on creation of new workflow for IW31 transaction, I need to send a email when a PM order is created and I want to use BRF+  for sending email , I know how to achieve  email functionality from BRF+. The problem is how can I send the maintenance order number and order type from the workflow template ( which is copied from  WS20000021   to custom )  and task TS20000004  ( copied to custom ).  What exacttly do we need to do in the binding for passing these values.

where excatly in the above screen shot I need to pass the values.
