Offline Approval in SAP Workflow

Hi Experts,

I want to implement Inbound Mail processing scenario, i followed below steps.

1) formed dummy E-Mail with subdomain value

2) created user in system with SAP_ALL,SAP_NEW,S.*CON profiles

3)created Exit for Inbound processing and assigned in SO50 t-code

Since Mail was not created in Messaging server, placed endless loop in PROCESS_INBOUND method of inbound class, after sending mail from my official ID to dummy E-Mail, endless loop is not triggering.
