Hi Gurus,
I have a requirement for my customized PR approval workflow. The approver should receive the first email notification 3 hours after the workitem reaches his business workplace inbox if not executed. After that he should receive reminders every 2 hours after the first notification if not processed. I useed a recursive mail technique using an infinite loop and sending the first mail in a Latest end reached. But the problem is that the reminders are also sent every 3 hours, not 2 hours. Is there any way to accomplish this in Extended Notification ?
