Receive IDoc WMMBXY -> Sent message to user to inform about received IDoc

Hello community,

I've got the following requirement:

When the SAP ERP System reveices an IDoc of the type WMMBXY, a workflow should be started to sent a express notification to a specified user. I only found solutions to sent a message, when the processing of an IDoc fails.

But in our case, the IDoc will be sent to the system and won't be processed automatically. A specified user should be informed, so that he can start the processing of the corresponding IDoc manually based on the reveiced message.

Does anybody know a solution or a hint to solve this?
