SWIA - Complete Manually

Hello SAP experts,

I am trying to manually complete a workflow in transaction SWIA however when i click the complete manually it says - "ID NOT MAINTAINED".

Other options i have on the top of page are

1. Complete Manually

2. Container

But when i click on above two, it doesn't work as well.

Any idea what to be done in such case?
