Workflow doesn't start

Hi Gurus,

i'm new in workflow customizing. now i'm trying to create workflow from scratch for DMS document approval process. I use this tutorial, and select as start condition BO DRAW with action CREATE and no additional conditions. i've activated everything.

now when i try to create new Document Info-record in CV01N. i save it and nothing happens. i've checked workflow logs and there is no mention of its start.

Could you plese advise me what to check?
