POP-up window not appearing while executing WI?

Hi,

Here already User decission step with 2 branches. Now i added 3rd one name as ReqINFO and gave as Reason 'Required'.

But, While executing WI with Req.INFO, Pop-up window not appearing.

Pls look at the attached screen shot for your reference.

Can you pls Help me.
