Comment return to WI with attachments

Hi experts,

Requirement is:  I have 3 options Approve, reject and Request Information.

When ever approver clicks on Request Information. Send request to Initiator and return with proper information with attachments.

After seeing proper information with attachments approveer will take decission.

Can you pls help me to achieve this?
