User Decision with custom Task description

Hi,

1.how to display your own task description in user decision step by using workflow container elements ?.

    my requirement is to print sales order number and details in task description of user decision step

2 .how to capture rejection reason in user decision into workflow container element. we can do these using SOFM business object only

                                  or

    if  any another process to get rejection reason of user decision step.

please solve it.
