I am new to designing custom WF. I have got to create a custom WF which should get triggered on creating , deleting and changing the PO. The condition is that on creating the PO, it should get automatically saved in the database when the WF is triggered. The PO should be multi item . Secondly, PO should be approved item wise based on its cost center . My doubt is , that should i create a custom PO first in ME21 N having multiple line items and then should i create a new WF in SWDD for this PO or the reverse ? I checked the existing blogs , but the doubt is not getting cleared. Please shed some light on this issue .
