Release / Reject buttons are not appearing for FI document

Hi Team,

For FI document, for user, RELEASE / REJECT buttons are not appearing in his screen in Quality system.

Actually, system went to upgraded to EHP7 for SAP ERP 6.0.

He can able to RELEASE / REJECT the document in production system ( upgrade is not yet done)

1. User has all the same authorizations in Quality (including SAP_ALL) which are in production system.

2. we have not tested this scenario in development, because we don't have test data.

Please find the attachment and let me know how to proceed.
