I am working on a Service Entry Sheet Approval Workflow (BUS2091).
As a part of the approval process, when the user receives the User Decision in his inbox (SBWP Workflow) I need to to have an option to Display the Entry Sheet and when the user clicks back after the Display, he should come back to the User Decision i.e. Approve , Reject, Display and Cancel.
The problem I am facing is as soon as the User clicks on the Display, the Work Item gets complete and disappears from the inbox. I added a loop and and flag to check if Display is called and tried to recreate the work item. It works fine if the agent is same.
But if the item is forwarded to another user it again sends back the whole user decision to previous agent.
Can anyone, please advise on the Display item scenario ?
