Workitem approved though outlook, but in swia showing 'SMAIL' Service name

Hi Experts,

              I am approving my workitem through outlook, it is working fine. But in swia it shows the approver name as 'smail', not the actual user id of approver. smail is basically a service name, when the workitem is approved though outlook it will dispaly the service name as approver. Is it possible in swia to show the userid off approver, as we can see normally if the object is approved though R3.
