Dear All,
Business wants to send all the documents / workitems both to there SAP Business Workplace as well as Outlook. I have read on various SCN posts on achieving this.
FOR FORWARDING DOCUMENT ITEMS TO OUTLOOK:
1. I have selected the Check Box "Send to home address of Users"
2. I have also maintained the Email address of user
3. I have chosen Communication Method as 'Email' too.
4. I checked in SWI1 the email is being sent with status 'Completed' and correct Address String in Mail Step which is SAP Logon Name.

Problem: After i saved the settings in SO16, Initially it was working fine, I could see the document is SBWP and on Outlook too. Suddenly all the documents were being sent on Outlook but i couldnt see them in Documents of SAP Business Workplace. As soon i had uncheck the Send to Home Address check box in SO16, It started being shown in Documents of SAP Business Workplace.
Please help and suggest if i have missed any configuration or settings.

But it is not running correctly. Although all the steps have been followed and SWN_SENSEL program is used
Please helpp, I'd be thankful
