Need user ID who forwarded workflow item vis SWIA

Hi,

we have an workflow ID "A" and it is assigned to agent "C" for approval

This workflow "A" is  been forwarded to another agent by SWIA.

we need to find the user who did this by SWIA.

Is there are any table.
