At one of my clients I have exact the issue described in note 533931 regarding agent assignment - task to authorization role:
The roles derived from the original role are not linked to the tasks of the original role.
Therefore, only the users of the original role may be agents of the task.
You must link all derived roles explicitly with the relevant task.
My problem is, that the client is on basis release 740 SP 6 so there is no correction instruction in the note for the system.
The function module mentioned in the note is not present in the system so the solution is not included in the system in another way.
Do anyone know another way of having this behavior or know why the note is not valid for 740?
