Workflow Organization structure

Dears

            Good Day

           i have some conflicts in the workflow organization structure as a beginner in SAP workflow

           If  i have ORG unit has 2 positions

           *  position checked as department manger

           *  position for an employee (not manger)              

      if i select this ORG unit in a task as agent

     How can control that all tasks of second position report to his manager only .
