I have a scenario in which agent determination will be done from custom table( Org structure will not be used here). In custom table, data will be stored in the below format-
Order type X -> -> Plant ABC -> Level 1 approver
Level 2 approver
Level 3 approver
Plant DEF -> Level 1 approver
Level 2 approver
Level 3 approver
Order Type y -> Plant ABC -> Level 1 approver
Level 2 approver
Level 3 approver
Level 4 approver
Level 5 approver
Level 6 approver
Plant DEF -> Level 1 approver
Level 2 approver
Level 3 approver
Level 4 approver
Level 5 approver
Level 6 approver
and so on....
For such case, do I need to create a rule using the data in this custom table and proceed with my agent determination ? Or is there any other way to perform this ?
