Event trigger if user is locked

Hi,

I try to trigger an event when userid is locked.

I create a custom BO : ZUSER (Super-type USER - Delegate ZUSER).

I added my custom Event : Locked

But now in SWEC how to add this BO/Event ?

Which value in Change doc. object ?

I need to create a custom Change Document type ? transaction : SCDO ?

I need to trigger my event when USR02-UFLAG = '128'.

I need to use Field Restrictions in SWEC to do that ?
