Custom Rule in standard Work Flow Task

Hello Experts,

We have a standard workflow in EHSM for sending Workitems to the Managers after creating a Incident transaction.

Workflow: WS00500001

Task marked in above screen shot sends the Work item details to Manager's.

For determining extra Agents, i have created a Rule as shown below and have attached in above Workflow task.

Function module:

I have binded from Workflow container to rule container with proper data types.

in run time, i am unable to read the container value in my Rule's function module. I.E in AC_CONTAINER parameter of Function module, it is not returning any value.

Please suggest what is missed out.
