Hi,
I got an issue, when appraisal document is uploaded, user will login into NWBC and check appraisal document and fill the self rating box in ESS NWBC.
But in production every user can find the screen and filling the self rating data.
But one user not able to view the self rating comment box. I have compared roles and authorization of user with working user. Everything is same.
Please give the steps to resolve issue. It may be standard dynpro issue. How to find dynpro for that screen in NWBC.
Below screenshot is for the user not getting the self rating comment box.
Second screenshot(correct screen) is correct one in production.
Is it configuration issue or any roles or dynpro issue. Please let me know.
