Workflow approval from outlook and change in sender email of SEND MAIL STEP

Hello Friends,

I have few issues in worklfow, Can someone please help me out.

1. Update email notifications for all workflows so that this is set to be sent from the Generic email address defined.

        Currently in all SEND MAILstep,  WF-batch email will be consider as a sender email id  but we would like to use different email id

        instead of wf-batch email(as we do not want to change the email from WF-BATCH in SU01)..what is the best way to achieve this.

1. Ability to approve all workflows from within the email (if possible and is a nice to have.

       Currently SAP HCM and NWBC posrtal are integrated so all the approval process will be done in ESS/MSS from NWBC inbox..

       Now we have a requirement to do the approval process from Outlook. we are on the latet versions of SAP.

       Is  this possible if yes please explain me the steps to achieve this.

1. Create a new responsibility rule for a different HR team to manage data error should this hit a work list
   to be managed .

Currently all the errors are forwarded to the responsibility rule created OOCU_RESP , is there anyway we can amend the rule with different resposnibility and how this will be detrmined at runtime. cause based on the issue type we would like to foward the issue to the corresponding responsibity team with the same rule.
