Field WI_CRUSER (User Who Created the Work Item) in table SWWWIHEAD changed its content from <Approver1> and <Approver2> to WF-BATCH on our Travel workflow after conducting a support pack upgrade of our SAP HR system:
EA-HR release 605: 38->44
SAP_HR release 604: 54->60
SAP_BASIS release 702: 12->13
Our Travel workflow is not SAP standard, but it uses standard tasks TS20000130 and TS20000131. I am aware of these notes:

In our TS20000130 "background processing" is checked. We want to keep it that way. Trips are created and approved in ESS portal. As my workflow knowledge is limited, does anyone have any suggestions what exactly cause this change? And more important, how to get back to our previous functionality? No changes has been done apart from importing support packages.
