We have created a simple BPM Process on Netweaver 7.4 using NWDS.
This is a simple process with two steps and one variable (Name).
First step is linked with a Webdynpro task where input is required for Name variable.
After providing name step two is called. In step two we have linked the task to an Adobe Form with one field NAME.
On completing step one we expect to get an email from system with the offline form, but that is not happening.
Upon inquiring the state of process through http://<portal>:<port>/nwa/bpm-tasks we observe following:
1- Process is in OK STATUS with INPROGRESS LifeCycle Status.
2- The task in question (step-2) is in Inactive State
3- When we press RESEND FORM we get message Action failed due to system error; refer to log C0000AC8078B01C70000000200002B20 for details
4- In the log we get message 'Resend Offline form' action on Task instances in 'Manage Tasks monitor' has failed. Unknown Error. Contact
Support.
We have tested the whole scenario on another server where the same process is sending offline PDF to user.
Note:
We have checked Adobe Document Services and Email both are working on the server.
Can anyone guide us on what to look for next?
