Problem with send express mail

Hi All,

           I have build a workflow which has the mail step and the "Send express" checkbox is checked. The mail goes to multiple approvers. Now, the problem is some approvers say that they no need express dialog box. Some needs it. Is there any way to stop the express dialog box for some users and applicable for some.
