I have created a small WF for a couple of simple tasks. The first step creates a WI which in time is displayed in Business Workplace and in the inbox in the portal at the same time. The step is of type user decision, because I was not able to display the texts in the portal using a task with BOR Selfitem and method SendTaskDescription; this method generates a message in the workplace but nothing else and I wonder why (this is the first question).
Now my project leader does not want to see the WI in the workplace, he says that it is not necessary and that the portal is enough. Is there any way that I can hide the WIs from the workplace (but still visible in the portal)??
