Rejection Note as attachment with work item using Extended notification

Hi Gurus,

Is it possible to send Reason for Rejection Note after decision step to the Outlook as attachment with another work item (Not send mail)? Everything is setup for Extended notification and all working. I can see the rejection note in Business workplace but not in the outlook email?
