Change Parked Document Task (TS00007919) being Triggered in STD WS00400032, When a Parked Doc is Released on Task TS00007914

Hi Guys

I have a problem,  using the Std Workflow WS00400032, to release and post parked document. Whenever a parked document is released on Task TS00007914, Release amount, the task Change Parked Document, TS00007919 is triggered yet the the document should be Posted by the Background Task, Post Parked Document.

What could be the problem and how can I resolve this issue?
