Getting senior manager or manager of manager from org structure

Hi All,

Client has maintained org-structure and

I am able to fetch manager of the creator by passing initiator id to Rule 168(SAP provided rule).

My user decision task has been called in loop.

Now my question is how can i fetch id of managers manager(Sr. manager) for 2nd level of approval?

Shall I fetch managers id in background task for second iteration and pass that id to 168 rule?

Am I currect on approach or SAP has provided some thing for  this kind of scenario?
