Create Attachment with Executable Workitem

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement, needs to create an attachment as executable work item in the below path.

SBWP(Business workplace)->shared folders->my folder-> my attachment.

for example: check the below path

SBWP->shared folders->ALE Docs Archived link documents->FI Financial-> some attachments are executable workitem.

Please help me to carryout the same scenario.
