Restart after ERROR is not working after code fixed

Hi Experts,

I have fixed the code and tried workflow after error still is in error status. What is your advise on this. One more point I want to ask if we miss any agent etc. and our WF stuck in some step (with In process not in error status) then how can we proceed it manually what should do in this case in safe manner where WF not get to loss.
