Hi ,
In Case Management workflow 78900007, dialog workitems are getting deleted. Plesae see below screen shot.
Before that dialog task one wait step is receiving event COMPLETED and completing the workflow.
User says they didn't try to complete the process and this is hsppening freequently in last few days.
When I step history of that step some warning messages were there as attached above.
The dialog task is custom one and is a Ad-hock task.
Kind see if anything u can find out from my inputs if there any error.
