No Administrator found for the task

Hi,

I got an issue that whenever the document it goes for approval whenver it goes in Workitem when he clicks on workitem getting a message

NO ADMINISTRATION FOUND FOR TASK.

And the thing is its working in the DEV and not in the QA. Issue in QA after upgrade.

I have manually assgin to the General Task also its doesn't work and also change the config to SAP_ALL its doesn't work.

The point is i can able to excute the workitem which is was created yesterday i can able to access.

But i created the document and i try to execute the workitem today its show's the message 'No Administrator found for the task '.

Kindly suggest whether it might be a data issue????
