Hi Gurus,
I'm facing quite an interesting scenario. Consider this: An approval workflow has been configured to send decision tasks to users' SAP inboxes. The system has been live since the past 2 year with everything working perfectly. Recently, only in Production (Dev and Qas are still running fine), some information is missing in the task when viewed from a user's SAP inbox (all users are facing the issue), whereas in the workflow log, the task is showing complete information.
Now to add to the strangeness, all the data in the task is from the same standard object/container element 'EMPLOYEE'.

BPS: #EMPLOYEE.SUBGROUP.DESCRIPTION#
Designation: #EMPLOYEE.STAFFING.DESCRIPTION#

PSA: #EMPLOYEE.PERSONNELAREA.PERSSUBAREATEXT#
Only '#EMPLOYEE.NUMBER#' is showing data. All other fields are empty in users' SAP inboxes in Production.

Additional info:
- No transport/changes have been sent to production recently
- All users are seeing the same partial information (only 'Employee Number' is showing data)
- Just a week ago, all data was showing in production
- It's not a binding issue since data from the same object is being shown. Nonetheless that has been verified also.
- SWU_OBUF has been executed
- In SAP inbox - Setting --> Workflow settings -> Refresh organizational environment - has been executed
