There was a requirement from our business user to enable subscription for any change in a Purchase Request. We have enabled it via ME52N -> Services for Object -> My Objects -> Subscribe/cancel object. We also did necessary configurations for object type BUS2105 to raise an email notification whenever there is a change in a PR. But we receive the following default email. How can we change this email text. We would also like to add some parameters in our customized email text like PR No & USER ID who triggered the change in Purchase Request?
