Workflow items not coming in Unread document folder in SWBP

Hi Experts,

I have created a down payment workflow with workflow form step to be approve/reject from user. workflow is triggering but form item going in workflow folder not coming in unread document folder of SWBP.

Expectation is work item should come in both folder Unread document and Workflow`

Please advice is there any configuration setting to make it enable or something else.
