Hi Experts,
I am facing some issue regarding SAP PO approval workitems.
User currently has 6 PO's for approval under her name . I can see it in SWI5 but they are not there in UWL inbox.
On checking workflow logs for these items they are in ready status under her name.
Additionally, she can see the completed workitems in inbox which have been approved. Even after refreshing the inbox they don't seem to go away.
Kindly suggest on this as I am new to Workflow.
