We are trying to set up a POWL workflow inbox in NWBC (Netweaver Business Client).
This is an inbox implemented as an ABAP WebDynpro. In this case we are using SWF_WORKPLACE.
Most features seem to work fine 'out of the box', but we can't display attachments.
When you click on one (even the simplest text file attachment), you get the following message:
Failed to resolve Object Based Navigation target ".SWF_OBJ.NAVIGATE". Use transaction PFCG to define this OBN target in a role or contact your system administrator to assign a role with the relevant OBN entries to your user.
I now know that OBN means 'object--based navigation' but that's about all I know!
You can indeed use PFCG to assign SWF_OBJ.NAVIGATE to a role, but it still won't work without the necessary parameters.
And we have no idea what these parameters should be. There are some examples in table AGR_HIER_BOR, but none for SWF_OBJ.
Has anyone else solved this mystery? The SAP Help is very brief and unhelpful on this subject.
