FITP_REQUEST_FORM as attachment in approver POWL inbox

Hi Experts,

We are using ECC 6.0 and EHP7.

We have a requirement that the adobe form 'FITP_REQUEST_FORM' which opens when employee clicks on 'Display Request form' as shown in below screen-shot should be sent to approver POWL inbox..

Kindly help me to achieve this functionality.
